Wow!! Another post already! I'm on a roll, lol. Just a few pics pf the snow we got over night and today, lots of it!! It stopped finally but it's suppose to snow overnight again. Since the roads were crappy to drive on we stayed home and this is what hubby and I made today... a pot rack! I just have to do some touch ups with black paint on the chains and hooks but I love it already :) This is a short blog since I'm off to get the kids in bed... if it's nice tomorrow they plan on going back outside again to spend time playing in the snow fort they made out of the huge snow bank from our driveway. Have a super night everyone!!
I am a stay at home mom of 5 children and I am married to my wonderful husband James for almost 9 years. We live on a 75 acre farm in the rolling hills of Kendal, Ontario which has been in my husband's family since the mid 1880's. Our house is over 150 yrs old and I love it! We have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 horse,1 hamster, and numerous chickens and ducks. Life is never dull around here to say the least. I love antiques and the simpler way of life and I have a interest in Prim Decor which is slowly but surely taking over my home. I also dabble in candle making. soap making and prim crafts but I have alot to learn.
My motto is ;
I BELIEVE, MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!, since our 9 yr old son was born with a rare genetic disorder called Hurlers Syndrome/ MPS1 in which he received a bone marrow transplant at the age of 11 months old to slow down the progression of his disease... during this time he was so ill that he was not expected to recover and come home with us... BUT HE DID!! And against all odds, he is still with us today :) So Believe That Miracles Can Happen!!
